At Huntington Beach Prosthodontics, we specialize in a variety of restorative and cosmetic treatments to enhance your smile. Your initial visit to our office will consist of a thorough medical and dental history review, a complete examination, and x-rays if necessary. After a diagnosis is made, we will discuss treatment options and provide estimates of treatment duration and cost.

ABOUT
Dr. Favian Cheong
Hi! I'm Dr. Favian Cheong. I am a Southern California native, born and raised in Long Beach, CA. I attended UC Irvine where I received my B.S. in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Psychology and Human Behavior. After four years in Irvine, I attended UCLA where I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
After dental school, my aim was to treat patients with a range of needs from cosmetic and restorative treatment to complex functional issues that go beyond the scope of general dentistry, so I continued my education at UC San Francisco and Veterans Affairs San Francisco where I was certified as a specialist in prosthodontics- one of nine accredited specialties of the American Dental Association. After completing my training, I have been treating patients in the Los Angeles area.
You may be wondering, what is a prosthodontist? A prosthodontist is a dentist who, in addition to four years of dental school, has also completed three additional years of intense training and education in a CODA accredited graduate prosthodontic program. Due to my continued dedication for excellence, I am a certified specialist in aesthetic (cosmetic) restorations and replacement of missing and broken teeth to restore optimal function and appearance.
As a prosthodontist with a background in psychology, I realize the functional, psychological, and social importance of having nice teeth. Whether it involves minor or major dental corrections, you can be sure your treatment will be performed with precision and care at the highest level. As your smile care provider, I will actively listen to your treatment goals so I can guide you toward your best treatment options that will last you a lifetime.
Dr. Janelle Cheong
Dr. Janelle Cheong is a native of Southern California. She spent 10 years at UCLA, where she earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in physiological science and Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. After graduating from dental school in 2016, she completed a postgraduate residency in the UCLA Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Since then, she has worked in dental offices in the Bay Area and Southern California. She is affiliated with several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Harbor Dental Society. Dr. Janelle strives to create a comfortable dental experience while delivering quality dental care. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Janelle loves spending time with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys baking, as well as playing soccer and golf.
